I purchased two car's from New Cars Inc. and from start to finish the whole process favored me.  I visited other dealership's and was met with sales agents who were rude and unwilling to answer questions, I am a long time customer service and former sales representative, and still managed to learn something from our sales rep.  I worked with Mario for Both of my cars and I could not have been happier, I was sold the cars I wanted at a great price and he went above and beyond to help us with the financing, there was no bait and switch and all of my costs were clearly explained.  Not only would I recommend Mario and New Cars Inc. but I will no longer to any other dealership. If you hate the car buying process go to New Cars Inc. They will help change your perspective.

Had spent a few days shopping around / getting numbers, then tried New Cars Inc.  Gave Jason the info on the car I wanted, which he quickly found and at a price better than ALL other quotes I had been given. Went in the next morning (this morning), signed the paper work (15 mins), and drove away a happy camper in my shiny new automobile. Yes, I reckon the ladies are gonna love me now, and I owe it all to Jason and New Cars Inc! Thank you Jason and New Cars Inc.!!

My second time buying from them and I'm never going back to shopping for cars the old way. I not only saved a few grand, but they even delivered the car to my job in Canoga Park. I signed the paperwork during my lunch and drove home in my new car.

Just tell them what you want make, model, color etc. & like magic: DONE!

Can't believe the quality service we got from Efrain Morales! He was kind, informative, and within a couple hours we were able to drive home a 2015 Dodge Dart.

We originally wanted to get the Dodge Dart (which we found online through our credit union) but they must have had some kind of miscommunication with the website because they didn't have it there. But his help didn't just stop there, he searched online for similar models, the mileage we wanted and still under our budget. Half an hour later we were at New Cars Inc. looking at other cars that met all our requirements. Efrain did not push us to buy anything we didn't like and not once did I feel pressured into settling with a car I didn't want.

Long story short, I found another car I really liked, began the process of getting insurance on it when Efrain walks in and tells me I need to see something. Once outside, the Dodge Dart I had found online was suddenly there! Someone had just driven it over and he had it ready for me to test drive. I immediately said yes! We finished the paperwork within the hour and happier with the car I originally wanted, I got to take home my new car.

This is a great place to buy a car and I would recommend it to anyone who asks me where to buy a new or used automobile. Thank you for taking care of everything for us and hope to see you in the future!!
