I am a hands on CEO and "Head Coach" of my NCI team. Because I enjoy the automobile business I am involved with all aspects of our company and take pleasure in working with and motivating my employee group. I also love collecting muscle cars. I am a devoted husband to my wife Barbara and father to our two daughters. Having been involved with NCI since the beginning, I take pride in supporting the administrative side of our business, and keeping the paperwork in order! I enjoy working with my husband Kevin, and being a mom to our teenage girls. I enjoy traveling and making fun memories with my family.

Terri Proctor - Business Manager

I have been working in the business office of New Cars, Inc. since 1994. The girls in the office and I do our best to keep things running smoothly while having a good time. We all enjoy the "family" atmosphere here. I have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren that I enjoy spending time with whenever possible. My husband and I enjoy traveling and getting together with friends.

I am originally from Norfolk, Virgina, and got the opportunity to live in Athens, Greece for 3 years. I have 2 children, Jonathon and Krystole, and two grandchildren. I married my best friend Markeita in the Bahamas about 2 years ago. I love to travel, enjoy almost all sports, and love playing golf, pool and poker. I decided to change careers about a year ago, and absolutely love being here at NCI selling cars. Seeing the look on a 16 year olds face when they get their first car is great. It is a very, very rewarding job.

With over 25 years of customer service background, it is exciting to see the high level of service the members receive from the New Cars Inc. team. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending my time with my family and friends. My husband and I are the proud parents two children. Whenever possible, we enjoy camping in the Yosemite and/or taking our dirt bikes and quads out to the desert for long weekends.
